The Burton Maxwell Agency is a real estate company for independent minded people who are at a level that requires no management. By this we mean that you are a self-motivated person able to work alone at your own pace. The Burton Maxwell concept is designed for the "home office" agent. Many of our agents set up home base offices and operate from that base.

Commission Structure

The Burton Maxwell Agency commission structure is by far the most rewarding reason for becoming our associate/agent.

Here is the deal:

For each $7,500.00 or less of real estate commission earned by an associate/agent, the Burton Maxwell portion is $750.00. The associate/agent receives the balance.

Example:

On a $12,000.00 total commission

$6,000.00 to listing company

$6,000.00 to selling company

If you were the selling or listing agent in the above example, you would receive $5,250.00. The broker (Burton Maxwell) receives $750.00.

That's it! You do most of the work, therefore you get most of the money!
